Bob Petty, Lead Pastor

Pastor Bob and his family have been ministering at Westview since 2005. Bob is committed to seeing Westview move into the fullness of what God is calling us to be and do by multiplying disciples who are disciple makers.
Interesting fact: Pastor Bob is a committed Ohio State Buckeye who loves to golf, fish and work in his garden.

Jason Schlatter, Care Ministry

Jason and his wife, Jeannie, had been members of Westview for several years before he answered the call to formal ministry in his life. Now the C&MA has recognized in the Schlatters what Westview has known for a while - their gift of mercy. Jason visits the sick and elderly, coordinates missions, outreach, assimilation, and many other countless things...
Interesting fact: Pastor Jason has five children and was a star wrestler in high school.

Bob Havenor, Urban Ministry

Bob and his wife, Sue, are missionaries to Fort Wayne. Having served in North Africa, they now apply their experience of relational ministry to our area. The Havenors work in cooperation with the Missionary Church.
Interesting fact: Bob is the tallest person on staff... maybe even in the church! He is also a jack of all trades (and master of most).

Marshall Mullinax, Youth Ministry

Marshall is a missionary appointtee to Israel. He and his wife, Babs, are serving their "Home Service" at Westview in preparation for the mission field. They have an incredible vision for the youth to be the church, not just be the future of the church.
Interesting fact: Marshall owns a scuba diving suit, a hunting bow, and a paintball gun - all of which lead him to his greatest moments of inspiration.

Bev Barrone, Secretary

The one who keeps everyone and everything on track. If you need to know something, chances are she knows about it!

Meladee Davis, Secretarial Assistant

Meladee keeps the worship teams organized, helps Bev with projects, and is always around to lend a melody to life.

Laura Linnemeier, Staff Counselor

Provides pre-marital, marital, and family counseling. She is also very handy with a hammer and a paint brush!
