Ron and Sonja met at their high school youth group in Columbus, IN.  They both attended Asbury University in Wilmore, KY and were married in 1990.  Sonja graduated with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education and has taught in public schools, as well as, private schools over the years.  Ron graduated with a B.A. degree in Bible and went on to receive his M.Div. degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.  They have 3 daughters and enjoy travelling to warm exotic places but also sitting around the firepit in the backyard.  They each desire to ...attain to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ and want the same for every believer! --Ephesians 4:13

Sonja has a heart for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus through prayer, discipleship, and authentic community. She carries a passion for awakening in the church. Her desire is to help others discover their God-given identity and experience the love, hope, and transforming power of Christ. Whether mentoring, teaching, or serving behind the scenes, she seeks to encourage people to follow Jesus more deeply. In her free time, Sonja enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
